Soonhari Chum-churum soju is made from rice, although sometimes barley or wheat is used. Soju is generally sweet and stimulating with a taste like weaker and sweeter vodka and not as harsh as a regular soju.
Soonhari Peach soju has a taste of candy and drinks in general has a pretty mellow flavor profile. The smell is nice and pleasant, but you wouldn’t necessarily know that you were drinking alcohol.
Soonhari Apple soju has a taste of sweet and sour balance with a natural hint of botanicals that can make for a smoother taste. It’s very similar to a green apple lollipop with a trace hint reminding you that you’re drinking an adult beverage.
